Support for Penn State CLC Services

Assistance with using the Student Computing Labs is provided by the ITS Lab Consulting group and by CLC Staff. Help is available in many forms: tips and documentation, an issue report form, LabChat interactive online service, phone and in-person.

Student consultants are available in many labs to help with general questions such as Penn State Access Accounts, lab equipment, software, and printing. The quickest solution to your problem may be found on our Services FAQ page. If the solution to your problem isn't there, then look at the various help resources for our services below; otherwise, click this "Help" button to submit a question or to report a problem for any CLC service.
