Lab Consultants
Lab consultants are available to assist users with problems in the labs. They cannot help students with assignments, but they can answer general questions about logging on, using the software on the lab workstations, printing, and other general computing topics. Please see this page for hours and locations.
If no lab consultant is available when you need help, call the Help Desk at Willard 863-1035 or Wagner Building 863-2494 or email helpdesk@psu.edu.
Note that many student labs are not run by ITS. See the Our Rooms page to find the support contact for the lab you are in.
