Video Editing in the CLC Macintosh Labs |
For the fall 2005 semester, we've updated our video editing hardware on the Macintosh computers with more capable hardware that has added functionality, greatly reduces the number of cables and components involved, improves reliability, and is easier for the end user to fix should problems occur.
Importing and exporting video to VHS (VCR) or MiniDV tapes is not a trivial task, but our goal with the detailed documentation below is that video editing on the CLC Macintosh computers will be as easy as possible. We've made the steps as simple as we can.
Documentation:
- Cable Connections : How to connect the JVC MiniDV/VHS tape deck to a CLC Multimedia Macintosh.
