Scheduling and Locations
Technology Classrooms may be scheduled for short-term use, (one day to several weeks) or long-term use (a full semester).
To reserve a technology classroom for a regularly scheduled course,
contact the staff assistant in your academic department. It may be helpful to decide
your technology needs before contacting your department. For example, would you
prefer to use a Macintosh or a Windows machine? Would you like your students
to have access to a computer during class?
When reserving a technology classroom for an event other than a scheduled course,
contact the staff assistant in your academic department, or fill out the
Event Room Request form
(Forty-eight-hour notice is required.)

Because the classrooms are scheduled for semester-long classes, instructors ought to plan ahead and schedule any occasional technology classroom meetings as early as possible.
In the event that your request for a Technology Classroom cannot be accomodated, please contact Media Technology and Support Services (MediaTech), a division of University Libraries, to schedule portable technology equipment including laptop computers, LCD projectors, document cameras, analog and digital audio recorders, SVGA supported television monitors, televisions, DVD/VCRs, multi-region VHS and DVD players, portable sound systems, 16mm projectors, 2 x 2 slide projectors, overhead projectors, laser pointers, and more. Items are also available for student use in support of credit instruction. (Note: A class list must be provided.) For further information, or to schedule equipment, please visit MediaTech's Homepage or call 814-865-5400.
