Update: AIS AIMS System Retirement Effective: 5/8/2012
Mon, 05/07/2012 - 16:45
AIS (Administrative Information Services) retired AIMS (Account Information Management System) effective May 8th, 2012 . In April 2011, the Office of Sponsored Programs launched the myResearch Portal to provide faculty with real-time, Web-based access to administrative data associated with their sponsored research. In addition to providing access to financial information, the myResearch Portal provides access to other information, such as pending proposals, pending and active awards, and active protocols. Faculty who currently use the AIMS system should use the myResearch Portal.
Demonstrations of the myResearch Portal are available via the IT staff in Sponsored Programs. If you would like to schedule a demo, then please contact David Gindhart at DCG102@psu.edu
Staff who currently uses AIMS should use FIT. The FIT Reporting tool can be downloaded from the FIT Web site . Questions on FIT should be directed to the AIS Support Center .
