Training

Tivoli Endpoint Manager is powerful, but also complex. We regularly provide free training events for both beginners and advanced users to help them get the most out of the platform. More Info

SysMan Build Key

Install both Windows 7 and the TEM client in as little as five minutes of your time using our customized build key. Take advantage of the same tool that we use to image 6000+ lab computers, without worrying about maintaining those pesky disk images. More Info

Software Sharing

Software Sharing is a component of the Systems Management @ Penn State service that allows IT staff throughout Penn State to easily share and leverage each other's software installation content using Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM) in an effort to reduce the duplication of efforts. More Info

Power Management Utilities

SysMan provides two Windows utilities that complement the power management features built into Tivoli Endpoint Manager. These utilities are designed to help IT staff prevent the workstation from entering standby while maintenance tasks are being performed. More Info

Web Wakeup

Web Wakeup provides both IT staff and end users with the ability to remotely wake their workstation. The service uses Tivoli Endpoint Manager's built-in power management features to send Wake-on-LAN packets to workstations. Wakeup rights can be delegated to end users so that they are able to wake their desktop when they're out of the office. More Info

User Decided Power Management

The User Decided Power Management program (UDPM) gives users the ability to play an active role in reducing power consumption. Users may decide what power settings to use, and may change the settings at any time. More Info

Custom Reports

In addition to the built-in reports that Tivoli Endpoint Manager includes, we offer custom Web Reports that go beyond what the pre-canned reports can provide. For example, our application search report can help you determine how many clients have an application installed, and what version they're using. More Info
