Quick TIPS When Using TeamSpoT

·      TeamSpot Clients can assume the Digital Identity of the user logged on the TeamSpot Host. Be mindful of what you and your teammates are doing on the TeamSpot Host machine.

o   It is also possible to show and share your desktop to the TeamSpot Host. Your teammates will then have access to your machine.

·      To “CrossWarp” (copy) a document from a TeamSpot Client:

o   Drag the selected document to the Participants section of the TeamSpot Mini-Panel

o   Select Boucke220-TeamSpot to broadcast to the large display and release the mouse.

                                                        i.     If you would like to send a document to a specific participant, select the desired TeamSpot Client and release the mouse.

·      Any documents that are "CrossWarped" (copied) to the large display can be found by accessing My TeamSpot Documents on the Desktop.

·      The TeamSpot Host machine does not have access to your network drives. Please send all work from the TeamSpot Host to the TeamSpot Client machines when you are done. This step will save documents to your network storage space (UDrive or PASS) in My Documents\Tidebreak\Received

·      When the work is complete, remember to save your team files.

o   Close the documents

o   Double Click My TeamSpot Documents on the Desktop

o   Drag the selected documents to the Participants section of the TeamSpot Mini-Panel

o   When the Participants are shown, select the desired TeamSpot Clients and release the mouse

·      Remember to LOGOFF both the TeamSpot Host and Clients, when the TeamSpot session is complete. This will prevent others from sending mail, charging you for printing, or deleting your files.

o   You can use PointRight from a TeamSpot Client to Logoff the TeamSpot Host
