TeamSpot Host
- First have a "Team Leader" log on the TeamSpot Host. This is needed so that the host is authenticated and all transaction are valid.
- Note Well: TeamSpot
clients can assume the Digital Identify
of the user logged on the Host.
- A local profile will be created for working on the TeamSpot Host.
- Your network drives will not be automatically connected.
- The TeamSpot Host software will launch automatically.
- Once all the services start, minimize the TeamSpot Control Panel.
- All files which are "CrossWarped" (copied) to the host are
stored in the My Documents\Tidebreak\Received folder.
- This directory is located in your profile directory of Documents and Settings folder
- When the work is complete, remember to Save your
Team Files.
- Close the documents
- Double Click the My TeamSpot Documents on the Desktop
- Drag the selected documents to the Participants section of the TeamSpot Mini-Panel
- When the Participants are shown, select the desired clients and release the mouse
- Remember to LOGOFF the TeamSpot Host, when
the TeamSpot session is complete.
- So no one can send mail or charge printing to you, or delete your file
- You can use PointRight from a client to Logoff the Host
